Energy Cost: At LEAST 20.
Cast Time: 3 Seconds
Recharge: 60 seconds
Description:
For (3-11) seconds, any enemy inside Well of Destruction has -20 armor, their movements are slowed by 20%, and their maximum health is lowered by 10%. THIS SKILL CAUSES EXHAUSTION.

please, edit :/ im not good with details, i just think of the generalness..ess...ity. (n/e, glyph of recovery[<--another skill i thought of. the thread died.]/arcane echo/WoD?)

i think since its pretty good it should cause exaustion and recharge 45 sec

Pick one of the above effects and it would be ok. With all 3 it's just ridiculous.

i agree with the people above 45 second recharge and 10% health thing. Other than that it seems like a pretty nice skill, maybe only 25% movement reduction though.

also, i think there should be a copy of 'summon bone horrors' but with fiends..

like..

no it becomes a use full team any way the skill he posted was just over powering even without the 10% but the weakness and -20 armor would be a good skill 1 because not over powered 2 necros are mostly back line running around casting spells if you want slow bring a mesmer earth -or- water ele or crip ranger

well.. it IS called 'well of destruction.' thats.. not really hurting anyone.. just.. setting up for some hurt

... which would be easily avoided hurt..

AND! ive thought of like 5 skills int he past 4 minutes.

Class: Sin
Name: Rain of Daggers
Cast Time: 1 Second(s) (or w/e default attack time is)
Recharge: 15 seconds
Energy Cost: 10
Attribute: Dagger Mastery
Descrip: Dual Attack. When you use Rain of Daggers, attack target foe (2-4) times. For each successful attack, foes adjacent to you take (5-25) dmg.

Class: Ritualist
Name: Spirit of Reversal
Cast Time: 3 Seconds
Recharge: 60 seconds
Energy Cost: 10
Attrib: Communing (or w/e the spirit summoning attrib is x.x)
Descrip: Every time this spirit attacks, it deals no damage, but one random condition from any ally in its area and its remaining duriation is transferred(sp) to attacked foe. This spirits attacks are twice as slow as other spirits attacks. This spirit dies after (20-50) seconds.

Class: Ranger
Name: Calf Strike
Cast Time: 1/4
Recharge: 30 seconds
Energy: 10
Attrib: Beast Mastery
Descrip: (im pretty sure this is a copy) Your pet attempts a Calf Strike on target foe. If your pets attack is succesful, target foe begins bleeding for (4-9) seconds, and is crippled for (2-5) seconds.

Class: Mesmer
Name: Shutdown
Cast Time: 1 Second
Recharge: 12 seconds
Energy Cost: 10
Attrib: Domination Magic
Descrip: (basically, this is a copy of blackout.) For (2-5) seconds, all of touched target foe's skills are disabled, and all of your skills are disabled for 5 seconds.
